How to make sing bhujia | Balaji Sing bhujia recipe

In Sing Bhujia, peanuts are the main ingredient, coated with a spicy, tangy mix of gram flour (besan), salt, chili powder, and other spices before being deep-fried to a crispy texture.

Soak the peanut

👉 Take 1 cup peanut. Put strainer (chanani) on bowl and soak the peanuts. Not too much just like wash.
👉 Soaking peanut help in stick spices on it well.
👉 Transfer to bowl

Add all essential spices

👉 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
👉 1 tbsp red chilli powder (add according you want spiceness)
👉 1/2 tsp garam masala
👉 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
👉 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
👉 Salt to taste (adjust according taste)
👉 2 tbsp rice flour
Mix all ingredients properly with spoon or by hand.

Make batter

👉 Add 1/3 cup chick flour (Besan) and mix.
👉 Now add water slowly and mix peanuts with masala. Remember don’t put too much water at a time that will cause into failed. We used approximate 4 tbsp water

Separate bhujia with adding rice flour

👉 Adding 2 tbsp rice flour is necessary. The bhujia is stick with each other so can’t fry them. Add rice flour and separate them. After a while bhujia batter is ready to fry.

Fry sing bhujia

👉 Take oil into pan. Heat at low to medium flame.
👉 Put bhujia into hot oil. Don’t shake immediately, Shake after 1-2 minutes when bubbles are over. (Reason behind it, in starting point chance of remove batter.)

Mix chaat masala and black pepper powder

After frying mix with chaat masala and black pepper powder. That will add amazing taste.
