Preparation of rince and cutting of bhindi
Take 400 gm bhindi for this recipe.
Have all the ingredients chopped and ready to toss in the wok / skillet like bhindi, onions because this recipe moves fast once you start cooking!
Serving person: 4 person from using 400 gm bhindi
1️⃣ Gather all ingredients for dahi marinade
👉 In a bowl, gather below following ingredients:
👉 2-3 teaspoon Curd
👉 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
👉 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
👉 1 teaspoon Garam masala
👉 1 Mirch powder
2️⃣ Mix it properly
👉 Stir & mix it properly.
3️⃣ Fry the chopped bhindi
👉 Turn on the flame. Cook at medium flame so that it’s become crisp, don’t become so hard.
👉 Heat for a while until it smell slightly.
👉 Fry cutting bhindi for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
👉 Once bhindi fried, take it out. It will use later in this recipe.
4️⃣ Fry chopped onions in ajwain, cumin & green mirch oil until colour gets slightly brown
👉 Fry spices in 2 teaspoon oil.
👉 Add following spices:
👉 1 teaspoon Cumin
👉 1 teaspoon ajwain
👉 2 green mirch. Saute onion slices for 2-3 minutes on law flame.
5️⃣ Add garlic paste & mix it
👉 Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste and mix well.
6️⃣ Add haldi powder & red mirch powder & again mix it
👉 Add 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
👉 And mix well.
👉 Turn off the flame before adding masala curd. Slightly cool down for the onion paste and then add the masala curd.
If you are making dahi bhindi with besan, here you can 1.5 tbsp besan with curd marinade.
7️⃣ Add dahi marinade & boil it for 4-5 min
👉 Turn on the flame and add masala curd which made initially.
👉 Cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
8️⃣ Add water & salt
👉 Now add 1 cup water and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Salt add according to taste. If you feel slightly low salt you 1/4 teaspoon salt. Means 1 teaspoon salt. Initially add less salt so that you can control the taste afterwards.
9️⃣ Cook fried bhindi
👉 Now add the fried bhindi which fried before and cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
👉 Now dahi bhindi sabji is ready to serve.

- Gather all ingredients for dahi masala:

- Take pan. Fry the chopped bhindi (6-7 minutes). Take it out.
- Place ajwain, cumin & 2 green mirch in oil & saute onions until colour gets slightly brown (2-3 minutes)
- Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste & mix it.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder & 1/2 teaspoon red mirch powder & again mix it.
- Add water & salt.
- Add masala dahi & boil it for (4-5 minutes)
- Cook fried bhindi (8-10 minutes)
